Welcome to Dental Health Group and thank you for choosing us as your dental health care providers. Our goal is to provide you and your family with optimal dental care. Please ask questions and be involved in your treatment decisions. This includes understanding your treatment plan as well as our financial policy.

FINANCIAL AGREEMENT:

Patients are expected to pay for our services at the time they are rendered. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Payments may be made using cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

For any cases involving lab work (bridges, veneers, crowns, dentures etc.) a down payment of the lab fee is required BEFORE the prep appointment is scheduled. The balance is due after a successful try-in, BEFORE the final insert appointment is scheduled. Other financial arrangements must be discussed and confirmed with the Treatment Coordinator before treatment begins. These include requesting predeterminations from your insurance provider, and automatic monthly payments with credit cards or cheques for extensive treatment.

We also offer DENTOPLAN financing for cases over $3000.

Appointments:

In order to serve you better and keep the cost of dental care down, we try to maintain an efficient appointment system. However, our cost of providing care increases greatly when people fail to keep scheduled appointments or cancel at the last minute. We require at least 24 hour notice for any cancelled appointment. We reserve the right to charge $75 Missed Appointment fee for Saturday appointments or multiple missed appointments.
