A graduate of Laval University, Dr. Girard is completing a Master’s degree in periodontal studies and has conducted extensive research into bone metabolism. Over the past several years, he has received a number of awards, which recognize and support the high caliber of his work. Respected by his colleagues as a meticulous surgeon, Dr. Girard also displays an infectious charm and an upbeat attitude that makes him a favorite with staff and patients alike. Although his periodontal practice and research studies take up a great deal of his time, Dr. Girard makes a point of pursuing a wide range of personal interests. A self-confessed computer nut, he also is active in martial arts and loves hiking and traveling the world.
